GLASSBOY from 1 February on demand – on the best platforms

After its recent participation in the winter edition of the 50th Giffoni, where it was presented as a national preview as the only Italian work in competition, enchanting the festival’s young jury, “Glassboy”, the children’s film directed by director and screenwriter Samuele Rossi, freely inspired by the Andersen Award-winning novel “Il Bambino di Vetro” (The Glass Child) by Fabrizio Silei, will be released on 1 February on the main on-demand platforms (Sky Primafila, Apple Tv, Rakuten Tv, Iorestoinsala, The FilmClub, Chili, Infinity).
The film, distributed by Solaria Film in collaboration with Minerva Pictures, will also continue its festival journey in South America, where it has been selected in the official competition of the FICAIJ, the International Film and Audiovisual Festival for Children and Youth, one of the most important showcases for the audiovisual education of young audiences, and will be part of the short list to win the Best European Feature Film for Children and Youth in 2020 award that the European Children’s Film Association assigns every year.
